Suck on this Lemon: Update

So, the little Crankee Yankee (aka MonkeyBoy), just seems to be that: cranky. He seems to be showing all the signs of what a six to eight week old should exhibit: crankious pantus. He may have a bit of acid reflux, but there doesn't seem to be a cause for concern since he's gaining weight according to schedule. He should definitely be hitting the 10-pound mark by next week! I just need to keep him upright more and angle his sleep position to about 30 to 45 degrees. If I pump, maybe add a little rice cereal to the bottle.
